Terms and Conditions

Booking fee policy:

A 50% booking fee/deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Cancellation policy:

Cancelling, rescheduling or altering your appointment with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the 50% fee placed on your appointment. If you do not show up for the appointment, the remaining 50% balance will be charged to your card on file. By proceeding with this booking, you are agreeing to the above terms and granting your formal permission to be charged with the relevant fees as listed above.

Late arrivals:

A 10 minute grace period is offered for all appointments. If you arrive after the grace period has lapsed, there will be insufficient time to complete your service and your booking will be forfeited or amended if possible. In the instance where your booking cannot be amended, your booking will be classified as a no show and charged accordingly, as per the cancellation policy.
